INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(hereinafter "Instructions")

Mladiinfo ČR, zs always processes personal data in accordance with valid legal regulations, ie Act No. 101/2000 Coll. (Z. on the protection of personal data) and with effect from 25 May 2018 also EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on Personal Data Protection).

Below we summarize important information about the processing of personal data.

Personal data processed

The personal data processed may include, in particular, ordinary personal data:

when visiting the website: cookies, IP address;
when borrowing in the Library of Things in Brno: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, ID card or passport number, username and password when registering in the online portal of the Library of Things in Brno;
when registering for events: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
when subscribing to the newsletter: name and surname, e-mail address;
in cooperation with the association (volunteer): name, name and surname, e-mail address;
when applying for projects: name and surname, e-mail address, residential address, telephone number, copies of travel documents, citizenship or permanent residence permit , date and place of birth, contact to a third party in case of emergency, information on dietary restrictions , general health status, bank data, Participant Reference Number (if relevant), data on possible physical ailments with regard to participation in the project, gender, or employed status.

In case of participation in the project, the name, surname and e-mail address may be shared by other participants in order to ensure proper preparation of participants for the project.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

The provision of consent to the processing of personal data is always voluntary and the Data Subject (definition of the subject in the Internal Directive for the handling of personal data ) has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, in whole or in part. The consent may be revoked by a written notice sent to the address of the registered office of Mladiinfo ČR, zs or to its e-mail address listed above.

From the day when the revocation of consent is notified to Mladiinfo ČR, zs, Mladiinfo ČR, zs may process personal data only to the extent evidenced by another legal reason for processing, ie especially in fulfilling its legal obligations, fulfilling obligations under valid grant and partnership agreements or for the purpose of protecting rights and legal claims as described above.

Entities processing personal data

Personal data is processed directly by Mladiinfo ČR, zs, in written and electronic form. Personal data may also be processed in this way for Mladiinfo ČR, zs by other entities in the position of so-called processors, with whom the Administrator concludes a contract on the processing of personal data. Disclosure of data to other persons

Personal data may also be made available to entities authorized under special legal regulations (eg bodies active in criminal proceedings, etc.) and persons in the position of processors of personal data active for Mladiinfo ČR, zs, with whom Mladiinfo ČR, zs will cooperate in providing support.

With the prior consent of the data subject, personal data may also be made available to other persons, or to the public, in connection with the public presentation and marketing activities of the Administrator.

The period for which the subject consents to the processing of personal data and the period of storage of personal data

Consent to processing is granted for the entire period of participation of the Data Subject in the above-mentioned activities and acts . The period for which the consent is granted also ends with the revocation of the consent (see also above).

The internal directive for the handling of personal data defines the period for which the association retains personal data depending on their nature.

Further information on the rights related to the processing of personal data

Persons and data subjects whose personal data are processed by Mladiinfo ČR, zs are granted, in addition to the rights already mentioned above, also by the rights summarized below. Mladiinfo ČR, zs strives to accommodate data subjects in fulfilling their rights as much as possible.

Right of access to personal data

If the data subject requests information about the processing of his personal data, the Administrator is obliged to provide this information without undue delay.

Protection of rights

Any entity that discovers or believes that the Administrator is processing its personal data that is contrary to the protection of the personal and personal life of the entity or contrary to law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, the entity may ask the Administrator or processor for an explanation or request that the Administrator or processor eliminate the situation thus created.

According to the Regulation, the data subject has in particular the following rights:

Right of access to personal data : The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from Mladiinfo ČR, zs whether he processes his personal data, and if so, he has the right to obtain access to this personal data.

Right to rectification or deletion, or restriction of processing : The data subject has the right (in cases stipulated by the Regulation) to request Mladiinfo ČR, zs to correct or supplement incorrect, resp. incomplete personal data, request the deletion of personal data, if the reason for their processing has lapsed or is not given, or request a restriction on the processing of personal data in connection with the solution of the circumstances of personal data processing at Mladiinfo ČR, zs

Right to object : The data subject has the right at any time to object to the processing of his / her personal data processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Administrator or other persons (according to the Regulation); legitimate interests according to the Regulation may be, in particular, cases of protection of rights and legal claims of Mladiinfo ČR, zs

Right to data portability : The data subject has (under the conditions set out in the Regulation) the right to obtain his personal data from Mladiinfo ČR, zs and pass them on to another personal data administrator.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority : The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of his personal data has infringed the Regulation. This supervisory authority for data subjects will be the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Lt. Col. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
